What we use

• Session cookie (Auth.js/NextAuth) — keeps you logged in as you move around the site. Ends when you log out or your session expires. First-party. Strictly necessary.
• CSRF protection cookie — protects login and other forms from cross-site request forgery. Session-length. First-party. Strictly necessary.
• gmm:confirmed-vehicle (browser session storage, not a cookie) — remembers the vehicle you looked up while you complete an anonymous quote, before you have an account. Cleared automatically when you close your browser tab, or once you continue past this step. First-party. Strictly necessary.

Why there's no cookie banner

Because every piece of browser storage we use is strictly necessary for the site to function — there is no analytics, advertising, marketing, or third-party tracking technology anywhere on this site — we don't show a cookie consent banner. If that ever changes (for example, if we add analytics in future), this Policy and a consent mechanism will be updated before that happens.

Controlling cookies

You can control or delete cookies through your browser's settings at any time. Since we only use strictly necessary cookies, blocking them may prevent you from logging in or using the booking flow.
